Double-clutch with fast gear shift
Double-clutch uses two separate clutches for efficient swiftness of manual transmission (MT) and convenience of automatic transmission (AT).
HYUNDAI TRANSYS 7-speed dry DCT for small and mid-size and 8-speed wet DCT for large size have distinctive dynamic speed shifts and high fuel efficiency. There are two types of DCT: wet and dry depending on the structure. HYUNDAI TRANSYS manufactures both types.
Dry DCT is economical and efficient with a simpler structure and smaller size, yet wet DCT has superb cooling functions and high durability for higher torque engines. On the basis of better fuel efficiency, HYUNDAI TRANSYS DCT presents optimal response, excellent speed change and outstanding acceleration function.
